Another alternative (maybe more versatile) is 文句を言うな（もんくをいうな）

To say to this someone who nitpicks, you can say いちいち文句を言うな

'Tis true, that makes it work through 1 or 2 more applications.....
I don't know what is going on with it freezing up and not displaying correctly....I have downloaded a bunch of security stuff lately and the new XP Service pac 2, but surely those wouldn't be impacting the language bar ? It may have been a setting I had to reset or defaulted to in the throes of that. Any bit of advice to speed up the process when I finally do have to use Tech Support would be appreciated....

I'm not exactly sure what you're getting at here, either. Do you mean to say that you're cheering someone along as they do something? Or are you complimenting them after the task is done? Here are a couple phrases:

やるな！ This one might be the closest...
よくやった！ Good job!
見事だ。 Bit more formal... but means "excellent" or "well done"
がんばれ！ This one might work, too, depending on the context.

よくやった！ Good job!
