The -tte at the end of the phrase is Japanese quotation marks:
Mata kondotte. = Mata kondo to iimashita. = She said, "See ya."
I realize that. But to me it looked like the sentence ended with a verb in the -te form. I didn't even think of kondo being 今度, so I figured there was some verb kondoru, kondotsu, or kondou. This is a good example of romaji being evil.
