I'll give you some of my ideas.

First one is sayd by a waitress to the customers and sounds like gozaimasen.
The second one she says after she serves the food and I think she says something like Ma do itashimashita. Hai, douzo.

First one is:
"Gozaimasen"
"We don't have one."
Second one is:
"Omatase itashimashita. Hai, douzo."
"Sorry to kept you waiting. Here you are"

"Konbanha! Bokura okurebase tokitara?" (Good evening! Are we late?)

"Konbanwa! Okureteshimattakana?"

"Kentougatsukanai..." (No idea…)

This one is OK.

Do you know what he's saying?

"Kare no itteiru koto ga wakarukai?"

If we aren't going to be able to understand them, then

"Karera no itteiru koto ga wakaranai to naruto, sono tokiwa..."

Now I understand the reading and translation but I can't seem to figure out how to input the First kanji for "Complete release". Is it Chinese?

卍 - ばん Is what it is supposed to be in hiragana but I can't seem to get my IME to input this kanji when trying to select the correct kanji to use.

Any ideas?

EDIT: I figured it out. it's 音読み is バン But the 訓読み Is まんじ

My dictionary shows that when specifying a reply to something it becomes a transitive verb v/t and to use ...と返事する or using the intransitive form v/i ...返事する
But it didn't give good examples of the difference usage

メエル を へんじ implies 'the subject replied to or answered mail', at least not in my good usage replying to my mail.

As far as I'm aware, the intransitive form of "suru" coexists with the passive, sareru. Transformations in the verb are highly structured, not something particles can change.

と返事する is also unclear unless it was used to specify the contents being replied to.

The whole 'koto wo' part is strange. Usually it's just 'Iroiro osewa ni narimashita', 'Taihen osewa ni narimashita,' or 'itsumo osewa ni natte imasu' or something like that.

good catch; since the particle を is pronounced the same as お, it can sometimes be mistaken when using 丁寧語 (teineigo, a level of keigo/polite Japanese), where either "o" or "go" are placed in front of a word to make it more formal. ex: お世話 osewa/care、ご兄弟 gokyoudai/siblings、おしり oshiri/butt、and ご注意 gochuui/caution are common examples.

Sorry I didn't see this till now....せいぎょソフト is management or control software (制御).

フィル ターっていう制御ソフトは入ってるんで開けないところもあるし

My best guess : because the filter software has been installed, there
are places that sometimes don't open. ?

多分ブリーチという番組について話してるでしょう。その「卍解」は本当の言葉じゃないんです。たいてい、アニメは新しい単語を創る。ブリーチやワンピースやナルトなども全部同じです。その漢字の読み方は「まんじ」です。地図に書いてある「卍」はお寺の意味がある。ＩＭＥで書きたかったら、「まんじ」を使った方がいいです。
