You are missing the name さよちゃん (and 隣町 means more like "next town over"/"neighbouring town")
隣町のさよちゃん = Sayo-chan from the neighbouring town.
さよ＋おなら → さようなら

A bit off-topic, but I've noticed that 大辞林 does not have this particular usage listed. How do these entries work in general? In case of 大辞泉 the numbered sections list general application and I assume those ア、イ、ウ、エ sub-sections are just example rather than an exhaustive list of usages? I mean, I shouldn't be worried if there's no sub-section matching a particular usage, as long as it fits the main section?
 
I sometimes find that dictionaries don't have all the meanings, especially grammatical usages.

Yeah, sadly they don't. But the 大辞泉 "たとえば．．．など" entry fits this particular usage this time, no? Or am I misinterpreting something?

しろ is imperative. ってわけね means "you mean" or something along the line.

The -te form is used jut to connect the two clauses, and でも means "or something" there.
