I'm particular lost in the bold part.
From my guess the first じゃじゃ馬 means stubborn tomboy and the later じゃじゃ馬 means restive horse.

That's the sarcastic use of honorific/polite form.

Not really. Those are the same word with the same meaning.

I can't completely understand what is こちら in こちらの廊下, if I'm understanding correctly トヨ子 is heading from 廊下 to another, 短い廊下. Does こちら shows that the light is getting from the first 廊下 to the 短い廊下?

What does 天候固定化 actually mean here? Since 固定化 is the opposite of "change(s)".

So, according to this CO2固定化 is a process of solidifying carbon dioxide or carbon in a carbon dioxide compound and forcing it into a steady state. Might this chemical element manipulation somehow be related? Since the setting is futuristic sci-fi, could it be that 天候固定化 is artificial weather manipulation, or in this case forcing it into an unchanging state?

Your main issue seems to be around that と思ったら part: the たら in there turns it into a conditional, this one being used with a more "cause-and-effect" nuance between the preceding clause and the next.

Also, you shouldn't be so literal when translating the stuff - don't be afraid to change the structure to account for how different japanese and english phrases are written.

So, adjusting your translated phrase around that and making it a bit less literal: "Don't you feel unusually sad when you think of(と思ったら) not showing up where everyone's at?"
 
The subject of 思った is the speaker, not the addressee.
～たら conditional can express a fact. In the example sentence, the main clause shows the cause/reason why they have that impression.
e.g.
寒いと思ったら、外は雪が降ってる。
最近田中投手の調子が悪いと思ったら、怪我してたらしい。
