I am half Japanese and was wondering how I would say that to a Japanese person. I remember as a child when we lived in Okinawa, I would be shopping with my mom and my aunts and people would always inquire about me. They would be shocked to learn I was my mother child, haha. So if you could please put it in Japanese for me with the translation, I would be most thankful

I'm so confused. One translator says it means Honesty is the best policy.
Another says it means, To be frank, it is the best measures.

That's because 正直 can mean "honestly" or "frankly", but in this case "Honesty is the best policy" is the correct translation.

I would use a simple
お元気ですか。(ogenki desu ka)

It depends on how familiar you are with her, but I'll stick with polite form to be safe.

うまくやる, I believe, is "to be successful (in handling something)", quite literally "skillfully do (something)". うまくいく means "to go well". Depending on how close you are you may be able to say
物事がうまくいっているの？
元気にやっているの？

But those are pretty casual expressions so for now I would just stick with お元気ですか。

Tenkai refers to a change to or development in a situation. It is a noun and the addition of shimasu makes it a verb.

いつもより - Usually, than usual
幸せ - Happy, pleasant, blissful
悩み - Trouble, worry, problem

So, would it be something along the lines of:
"This sort of trouble is more pleasant than what we're used to, isn't it?"
