I originally went with "Akira's Love for Scouting/Searching the Enemy" but the "suteki" bit is irritating me, seeing that it's lacking the -na.

That's not 何で閉めたら but 何を閉めたら. The person A asked what he/she should close, not the device/means to close.A : 私は鍵の代わりに何を閉めたら、いいんですか？
B: 鯖かな？
Context: A is surprised that B closes her house door because they live far away in the country.

There are typos/mistakes in the romaji lyrics on the linked site. So, the English translation based on it is...ok. in this pop song the singer repeats the word "pon",
which according to the translation on the linked page is "clap".
But "pon" does not show up in my dictionaries as either the direct word
or an onomatopoeia.
My only idea is that maybe it is slang
