Interesting. Both 私に腹を立てるな and 私に腹を立てている? sound awkward to me. But あの時は僕に腹が立った?(the second person, past) or 彼は僕に腹を立てている(the thierd person, present) would be natural. Probably because (僕のこと)怒ってる? is far more commonly used for the case. This is making me wonder about the use of 私に腹を立てるな。Or maybe since it's a command to not be mad at me it's OK in this case, but 私に腹を立てている? would be strange. Or maybe that's OK, just not as common as 私のこと怒っている?
Just so you know, the reason I'm wondering is because 私に腹を立てるな was a translation in my 中日辞典.
