To me, it sounds like you're telling your family that "Tanaka san and I have just arrived at the station now, so we're coming home in about 10 minutes".
Or, it might mean "Now that Tanaka san and I have just arrived at the station, I am coming home in about 10 mins". Or "Tanaka san and I arrived at the station now, and I will be heading home in about 10 mins", even.
I am sure that the speaker and Tanaka san are at the station but not sure if the speaker is coming home with or without Tanaka san, or, if they will stay at the station for 10mins and then go home or they will arrive at the speakers home in 10mins... ^^;
But then again, first thing that comes to my mind when hearing this sentence, I'd take it as "Tanaka san and I arrived at the station now, so we will get home in about 10 mins".

Anyway, "田中さんと" here means, "with Tanaka san".
And したら can mean "if/when/after doing something", which would be translated as "in 10 minutes" in this case.
You could rephrase it as 10分ぐらいで帰るけど。。。, but just taking out "shitara" and saying 10分ぐらい帰るけど is grammaticcally incorrect.
Another example of "shitara".
あと30分ぐらいしたら、テレビで犬夜叉が始まるよ。
In about half an hour, Inuyasha will be airing on TV. (In this context, you CAN rephrase as "30分ぐらいで".
宿題をしたらテレビを見ていいよ。
When you're done with your homework, you may watch TV. (In this context, you cannot replace "shitara" by "de", though)
