It's a kind of interjection and it does not have kanji.
It is always written either in hiragana or katakana.
Sumo moji(so-called Negishi-ryuu font) is a font style for both kanji and kana, so it's no problem to write hiragana and katakana using it. I don't have Negishi-ryuu font, but the followings are the similar ones to it.(These are written in Knatei-ryuu font which is used for Kabuki.)

...Another choice is a common Japanese surname 草刈, meaning "the one who mows grass". Although the reading is not "ho i e re" but "Ku sa ka ri", of course.;-)
