My Girl gives her body

Hey Nall-ohki,

I appreciate your own respect towards this debate. :)

Will reply in point-layout again. :)

1.

Of course independence is important. However, there are much better way to get there than to sell oneself. As I had pointed out in another Thread, the Government in well-organized countries provides solutions and alternatives for occupation.

Unless there is a passion for prostitution involved, there should be no reason to become a prostitute, outside of convenience.

Furthermore, I said it in another Thread as well: Decency is a non-existent entity in the life of prostitute.

2.

I find your allegation, that sex is a human need, quite disagreeable.

Sex is under the very most of circumstances never a need per se. It is a an urge, and quite an animalistic one at that.

Furthermore, I have never stipulated that having sex is wrong, in any ethical way. However, having sex with another man, for any reason, while in a relationship, is quite wrong.

To those partners whom do and can not tolerate their partners to have sex with others, it is one of the most emotionally hurtful and scarring actions to take.

The persons affected can easily lose themselves in hate and ultimately destroy their own as well as their partner's lives with a wrong and unbalanced decision-making.

At least out of consideration to the person being loved, the partner indiscriminately providing sex to others should ensure first that their partners indeed do not have a problem with it.

Anything else, and it is simply cowardice and inconsiderate.

3.

No, it does still make sense.

When one enters a relationship, one usually finds themselves trusting their partner and not making baseless assumptions.

To the person whom cannot tolerate their partner to enjoy sex with others, it is hurtful.

Let me ask you for your personal standpoint.

Would you be okay with a closet-**** as your partner or is only the occupational prostitution an acceptable excuse to have sex with others?

4.

Simply put, if she did love him and considering the stipulations i have so far established, she should have taken his feelings into consideration and have been honest right from the get-go.

5.

No, I believe you to be mistaken in this regard.

It is understandable from her position, but that does not justify it.

Whether to lie to someone or to simpley "leave out" important information is the same thing in my book. I see no difference in it, as both actions hide the same piece of information from the eye of the partner.

As I outlined before, only convenience or passion for prostitution could be her reasoning. Either one of those are not acceptable excuses to be deceitful towards the partner.

6.

Agreed.

7.

True, it is not what you said, but that is what your vindication of her position insinuated.

8.

His feelings were her concern simply because she was in a relationship with him. Whether she loved him or not is another matter.

9.

Again, sex is NOT a need. Prostitution is NOT a need.

Either out of convenience or out of passion for her work are possible a reasoning.

It has to be justified to the partner emotionally involved.

You cannot make someone fall in love with you and then wreak havoc with those intense feelings.

Said havoc quite a few people would consider worse than any physical pain one can endure, because it wrecks one's mind.

I am one of those people.

10.

Nope, I did not attack you personally.

I attacked your vindication of her actions, and related it to the rotten society it comes from.

Cheers :)

Again you are dishing out truth left and right, and you bring confidence to support your claim. Doesn't work that way.

"Decency is a non-existent entity in the life of prostitute."
"However, having sex with another man, for any reason, while in a relationship, is quite wrong."
"Anything else, and it is simply cowardice and inconsiderate."

Why? And I don't want crap like "If you can't understand this im just wasting my time." or something among those lines.

Despite how it may seem, people when indulging in pursuit of romance think about themselves.
If it was utterly unbearable to you, would you even bother having a relationship? I doubt. Same goes for all of us. We all want something out of it. Now the thing is, a relationship has its positive and negative sides, and in light of these and in light of their other desires, people decide whether to go ahead with the whole thing or not.

Will the drama and the heart-wrenching agony change this in any way? Again, I doubt.
Most damsels out there just need saving. Men and women alike want comfort and happiness. They will decide whether romance or other sources offer more of it.

Yo cousin-traitor,

same point-layout as with Nall-ohki. :)

1.

According to ethical guidelines you don't adhere to, hurting someone for no good reason is the wrong thing to do. It has a negative impact on the victim and, depending on the action, can scar that person for life.

Mothers usually take on the job to teach their children about this very important universal rule.

Somehow you must have missed it. :)

2.

Freedom does not entail a right to hurt others.

I you believe otherwise, you are quite utterly wrong.

3.

Yes, my answer is nothing else than "both".

Joint prosperity benefits not only my partners, but also me in the long run.

I am very selective of my partners and have turned quite a few business partners down or cut ties with them.

Simply because I look for quality partners to prosper my business activities with, does not make it cheesy, as you wrongly inferred.

4.

No. You cannot possibly draw judgment on my business practices, since you know nothing about them.

I offer only the highest quality in machinery to my clients. For that, a sizeable compensation should be expected as payment.

I could always go to cheap Indian and Chinese printing machine manufacturers and sell their low-quality machines to my clients, save them an incredibly large amount of money and still make a huge bonus out of it, no doubt.

However, with those crap machines, my clients and millions of school children and university students in Afghanistan would be the real losers at the end.

For someone whom doesn't have any understanding about the industry I operate in, you cannot possibly weigh the deals I close.

5.

In my perfectly honest opinion, yes.

Materialistically speaking, I doubt you have a bigger cashflow and own more properties than me.

As an International Baccalaureate graduate with one of the very few people to have ever received the top grade in the Extended Essay and as someone matriculating into Oxford Law School next year, I am also more successful than you on an educational level.

Love-wise, as I am extremely picky, my success is also higher than yours. You may have had a number of girlfriends, but the quality of my ex and future partner will easily make up for that.

Is there any other area I should compare you and I in? :D

1, If children chose to listen to their parents rather than following their own head, we'd be a doomed race.

2, Freedom is the capacity to act without external restraint. It includes everything.

3, Commerce, as we all know is actually a pastime for the virtuous.

4, I need no understanding of the machinations and small details of the industry you operate in. When a deal is made there is someone who comes out better off, there is a winner.

5, Ok mate, if you want to e-peen on a forum and show off to strangers, by all means do it. One thing I will note. I am one year ahead of you in my studies. And I will always be, even after we've both graduated, simply because an LLB in Scotland takes a year longer.
But hey, have fun in the common law tradition. We can have a little chat once we graduated, and I'll teach you how its called Delict not Tort, Error not Mistake and Force and Fear as opposed to Duress, among other things.

1.

Yes, because a parent's experience is something to completely neglect, since children can already figure the whole world by themselves...

A parent's warnings and teachings don't hurt to be taken into strong consideration.

If children completely neglected their parents, we'd be a doomed race just as much.

2.

Freedom is a privilege, not a right.

A system with unlimited Freedom does not work.

That is why most Societies have a police infrastructure and legal system implemented.

You should know that, Mr Scottish Law Student.

3.

For most participants that may be true, however for a distinct portion, it isn't.

Either way, you lack experience within the Commerce field to discern one from the other, which is why it is no wonder for you to believe otherwise.

4.

Yes, you do need an understanding.

While you are stating conclusions on the industry I operate in, I know better.

5.

You instigated it with your allegation towards the world of success.

I only aimed to open your eyes from a stubborn way of thinking.

And no, the 1-year difference does not make up for the difference in success.

Also, you are hardly a radical sceptic.

I would regret to fill long pages with your rubbish, so despite my eagerness to dispute and argue, I will have to back down. :D

Yeah, I feel the same when I read some of the stuff you write.

I just go in and argue instead, though. :D

Yeah, your pointlessness is breathtaking.
If Freedom was a right, you'd think the prison system was a human rights violation, no?
Remixer

Complete non sequitur there.

Freedom is interpreted as a series of rights the United States and in many philosophies of western thought.

This is why the Constitution of the United States is written the way it is:
Rights are something that people already HAVE. The government does not give them, the government is prohibited from TAKING them without due process of law, and then, only under certain circumstances.

The taking away of someones rights is something the government can only do once they have shown that the person has acted inappropriately and those rights must be curtailed as a consequence.

They are a "human rights violation" in the strictest sense, but not one that contains the implicit qualifier of "unjust" that we use when talking about such violations.

Prisons exist because the masses demand they exist. Freedom is something you are born with, not something an institution can give or take away at a whim.

I seriously can't even believe you are trying to argue this point.

Privilege, implying someone magically said 'you are allowed to be free because I said so' and can just as easily say 'alright, you are no longer free' and that's that. Really? Tell me, who it was that granted me the 'privilege' of freedom? Was it the government? The military? You? The Giant Flying Spaghetti Monster?

I'd really like to know.

My view is that freedom in the legal sense is rarely satisfying. Sure, it exists for the sake of social cohesion blah-blah, but we are only free to a very small extent. Legal freedom is man-made freedom. What essentially determines our freedom under a legal system is the prevailing political and moral atmosphere. This freedom has nothing resembling privileges.
Again, penal institutions exist for various reasons. But their main purpose in a developed 21st century country is deterrence. People are put into prison for meddling or endangering others' freedom, their rights. The link between their doings and the danger may be very thin, but is exists. So this is a way of preventing further violations of freedom. It is a utilitarian sort of system.

It is however impossible to equate this freedom with freedom in its truest sense. So true freedom would be omnipotence and the total lack of freedom death.

Let's keep it real. The nature of men is to protect and provide. You can't feel bad about your nature. However, it is not the right thing to do in this situation. I feel that you can't handle having a significant other who has sold her body for money. If it was no problem, then you wouldn't be asking for our opinions. You say you like this girl. You don't love her yet, so get out of the **** before you convince yourself that you're better than other men and can change a ho into a housewife (excuse my language, but we need to keep this discussion real.). Even if you do change her life so that she doesn't have to be a ho anymore, a year down the road, when you ask her to do some sexual favor for you, and she says no, will you wonder if she did it for her johns? And if she did, why is she acting like she is too good to do it when you, the man who "saved" her asks her to. And if she does comply with your wishes, you'll wonder whether she's doing it because you're special, or if it's all "in a day's work". There's a big can of crap in a relationship with a ho. How many of the men that you pass when you two walk together down the street have paid her for a blowjob. Something you'll never know. Maybe you can deal with these unanswered questions... forever, but I couldn't and I don't think any wise man could.

I wholeheartedly agree with Oren there.

MadamePapillon, yes, I would argue my point regarding freedom but I pretty much forgot about this. Also, it doesn't seem to be the right place either way.

[inexcusable sarcasm, trollbaited]
Because we all know nurses have mountains of free time, and perform a function that is directly improved through the stress of additional workloads.
[/inexcusable sarcasm, trollbaited]
Also; how exactly does pre-emptive solicitation of crazy monkey sex violate one's integrity? The only thing Girl A did against integrity was break some (admittedly deeply significant) assumption that was held about her, and even had the decency to admit it to someone it could affect.
Its helpful to remember that voluntary prostitution can be more financially rewarding than any other career available for the appropriate age range (16-30 something probably). Hell, the more amusing government admins (Spitzer?) of 'Mericka have put $4k/h ****** in the public limelight recently enough.

You sound like a pimp. A pimp who has no hos. The girl cried when she admitted her "side job". I'd say she was ashamed=integrity broken.

Its relieving to fine an opportunity to let out whats burning in me. Having read a couple of interesting, unbelieveing and sometimes scary stories, mine may not be special but I'd like to share and obviously welcome some comments and advice.
I have a girl (she is 窶愿コ窶怒ツ人), and I like her a lot cause she is nice, funny and very sociable. One day, for reasons I still don't know, she decided to reveal the most shocking secrete of her life to me. Hold your breath. This nice girl of 33years with a good job as a nurse have been using her body i.e. sex for money years even before we got together. According to her, she is facing a lot of financial challenges and that was the only option. She was pouring out this secrete in tears leaving me suprised, vexed and at the same time sympathetic (maybe I'm foolish). Like I said I like her. Heeeeelp!!!!!! I will like to help her out of whatever she is caught up with in life...

Who cares what she did, as long as she's a good person now. People do have to do crazy things to get to their goal. I don't think this should affect you much since you like her alot; although, I would be worried if you wanted to uh... well, have 窶堋ア窶堙??堙? with her....

You know, she still is a prostitute although they are in a relationship.

You're letting your own personal prejudices and old world mentality get in the way in this discussion.
I think the majority agree that if she's truly sorry and loves this man she deserves a second chance to make things right.
Someone who puts themselves into a situation like that is usually someone who needs help and understanding, she probably has a lot of personal problems that contributed to why she would put herself into that situation. That at least deserves a little bit of compassion, we all make mistakes, some are more serious than others but that doesn't mean she's a bad person and deserves instant condemnation from some holier-then-thou individuals raining down judgment from atop their pedestal.

I'm hardly a holier-than-thou person.

I have set ideals I adhere to and believe in. It is my right to rank people according to my criteria if I choose to do so.

Regardless, I have pointed out before why her actions were inconsiderate, rude and unforgivable.

It is not her profession that is unforgivable. As I said before, and you would surely have noticed it if you had read my posts in their entirety, it would not matter if her profession as a prostitute was a thing of the past.

However, she slept with other men behind his back.

And don't give me that crap that she was forced into her situation. Japan and Germany offer PLENTY of remedies to bad situations, all of them better than selling one's own body.

Really, I'm growing tired of telling you the same points over and over again.

I didn't read any of the last few posts (well any of them since I last posted), but it's just a job. Shouldn't be a problem unless you make it one.
