Does anyone know where I can track down a MSX 2 Personal Computer and Metal Gear and Metal Gear II: Solid Snake for that system?

You can probably find those on eBay.

And there's no doubt in my mind that there's an MSX 2 Emulator available.

An emulator makes it possible to run software on your computer that was intended for a different kind of computer (or rather a different microprocessor). The emulator itself is a piece of software that mimics the microprocessor and all subsystems of the computersystem you want to emulate.

There's probably an emulator for every computer out there, so on your Windows PC you can run software for the Commodore 64, MSX 2, Atari ST, Commodore Amiga, Apple Macintosh, Sony Playstation, Sega Saturn, etc. etc.

Thanks for the info.

I just found out that MG & MGII:SS will be included in the upcoming Metal Gear Solid 3: Subsistence expansion. That is awesome! I have been wanting to play those two games for a while now.
