I'm from the Philippines and the deadline for the submission of our application forms was just last Monday, May 26. When do you guys think the information about who's passing thru to the exams is gonna be released? I know it's so early for me to ask this but I'm really anxious because I want this. Haha! Does anyone know when the exams in their country is gonna be?

The deadline in Vietnam has just passed yesterday. I have no information about when the result is pronounced. I think about 2, 3 more weeks.
 

For Tunisia the deadline was May 16th and according to our embassy the results will be received after June 15th.
 
Excuse me. I'm applying for social sciences. So do I have to take math A or math B?
 
Hey guys

basically I have 3 questions

1) In Egypt those who specialize in natural science B or C ,according to the Japanese classification, study only math 1 course which includes algebra (functions , logarithms and sequences ) trigonometry and calculus (limits, differentiation)
so my question is what else do I need to study in order to pass the mathematics exam ?

2) Is it true that calculator isn't allowed in math exam?

3) about the system of examination itself
Is it a matter of offer and request? or we're chosen depending on our total marks only or each field of study has its own minimum marks for each subject
for example : medicine requires 5x marks in bio. and chem. but only 3x in math while physics require 5x in math and 3x in chem.
or each field has its own minimum total marks. If any of the last 2 options, may I know the minimum marks to be qualified for studying pharmacy?

Hey everyone !
I'm going to be applying for Undergrad 2014 scholarship but I'm super confused about which field to pick.
The deadline is June 20 here and my last medical entrance will get over on 8th and hopefully then I'll be able to choose.

Is there anyone here who's going to be applying from India?
Last year the forms were really different (they had the forms for recommendation letters and health certificate) but this year there are just two forms. So I just wanted to confirm that we need to send only two forms along with the mark sheets right ?

I hope I can be more active on this forum after the 8th. I have a lot of questions and hopefully I can answer some as well as I've been reading about the MEXT scholarship since two years.
