MEXT Scholarship to study Japanese Language

Hello, can i ask?? Does MEXT Scholarship allow studying Japanese Language and Culture? i mean not the one required upon arriving i mean you go study in japan just for the language and culture!!! if it's possible can we choose a university or a school that's not in G30??
and if some went through this scholarship can you discibe all of your experience!!!! Thank you

If you are studying in University.
Try applying MEXT in student exchange program. This will allow you to choose any university which have an agreement with your university.
Then they give you 1 year just to learn language and culture.
