Hi! I'm from Romania. I have an N2 certificate. In my country the competition is not that bad and I'm pretty prepared for the exam (the writing part of the C part is horrible though). Also, I have very good grades, since I am advanced in Japanese. I would like to ask you if in these contidions would it matter if I had an English language certificate such as IELTS or TOEFL. I hope they are not interested in that.
