MEXT financial information/numbers abroad

I could have sworn this was posted on the forum before but I can't find it. It must have been in some obscure link. I was trying to find statistical information for the number of students that received financial support via JASSO and MEXT and how much.

I've been googling up the you know what, but I'm only finding secondary site sources so far instead of the main MEXT or JASSO information numbers.

The latest version is not available in English yet, but the data is not significantly changed. So just refer to the above, the Heisei 18 Nen version.
