Been watching these. And they are entertaining, informative and just kinda quick stereotypes. But i think they are well made.
How accurate is this video to you?

It is about as accurate as any stereotype. Remotely entertaining, but not really informative for newcomers to Japan. It comes across as a random mix of familiar cliches rather than a useful introduction to each prefecture. The music selection is very representative of the 80s and 90s.
