hello. Good day to you all. My name is Ced. I am from the Philippines, I joined this forum to ask advice or help. My aim is to help my cousin, she has a Japanese father and she was abandoned (or accidentally abandoned because of some circumstances). Her mother asked me to help her. You see, life here is hard and I am heart broken to see my cousin has the life she does not deserve. I mean she has rights. I will give out her informations later (privately).
