X Japan is one you'll probably like for sure and so is hide. But let me give you a little warning. X Japan's songs can make you feel kind of depressed and sad. Happens to me a lot of times when i'm listening them, but i still love them to death. Their music made me think about myself.

i love l'arc en ciel . . .i like thier songs stay away, new world and driver's high the best. . .hyde has a good voice.

L'arc en Ciel is famous just because the little midget that sings is "kawaii".

By the way, X-Japan songs are repetitive and the lyrics are so "elaborated" that they just are too annoying...

They are not annoying...

I guess we have a hater here? O well. I'm willing to try anything.

Well, they are too mellow, too crappy, Yoshiki is always using words like "heart, rain, tears, rose, endless, pain..." and as I said: he tried to made them perfect, but in the end, it just results to be annoying.

I didn't say welcome to you: welcome to the forum ^^

A hater?? naaaah, the true is that I'm not a rabid fangirl/fanboy, and you will always see me criticizing bands, artist and songs, I'm not a conformist =P

If you don't believe me: my favorite band is X/X-Japan... I've known this band since I was little SaKeVi, playing with my truck cars and listening Orgasm, going to Kindergarden with my X t-shirt my brother gave to me... after almost 20 years, I know where this band sucks, and where it rocks ^^

See you around!!

Oh...thanks for the welcome!!! I would have a hard time agreeing with either side because I only listen to the music and don't understand the lyrics just yet...Im trying to teach myself the language but its going very slow!

Implying the music sucks. Which it doesn't because Larku would not have lasted so long and be so famous if they only produced poppy trash. But Hyde's physical appearance does play a large part in everything.
(Note the only).

Hah, there's so little X criticism around. -shrug- It's not wrong to criticize a legendary band, you know. I doubt, say, Forever Love would still be as highly rated if taken out of context. A lot of their lyrics are damn cliched, Yoshiki's piano skills are overrated, etc. Their visual style, while it got them ostracized in the beginning, undoubtedly had its good points.

I search the song Driver's High? Does have anyone this song for me?????
