No, its not up to me, to do more than posting that article, if not commented, and it has nothing to do with hysterical, thats more on the side of those who ask for more, but must go to the source itself then. Simple logic.
You furtherhin bring unrelated examples and run in circles, plus keep to your impression, but not fact, that ists only from Greenpeace, while its not. Nor in the first article.
I need not to change nor justify any word at all.
 
But honestly, I think that whale meat is seen more as a delicacy than a food staple. It's the same as horse meat, which IS a delicacy in parts of the country, and even bee larvae (also a delicacy in certain parts), etc.

Now horse meat (YUK) is something my wife has tried coming from Kumamoto.

I used to buy it from my local pet store to feed my long neck turtle, Fred!
