Japanese word glossary?

Im pretty new here and i don't know any japanese realy, whenever i am reading threads i often see people referring to things in japanese and i havn't a clue what they mean. I was wondering if there was a popular japanese words/names/things glossary anywhere on the forum where you could read up on things you didn't understand?
