Japanese mods?

One question: Does this forum have any Japanese mods?

To answer the original question. Is it necessary to have one? Also, this board doesn't really have that many Japanese members, why would they need a Japanese mod? The team in place now does an admirable job...do you have any problems with the way that they conduct their business? If not, then leave well enough alone.
