Aha! I get it. こき is the noun form of こく (see vulgar Japanese thread) so it's similar to うそ → うそつき
いいふり → いいふりこき
So it's a vulgar phrase indicating someone who sucks up by pretending to be good. (I had to use Google where I came across いいふりこいて which has the -te connective form of こく)
