It's been an interesting couple of months since our launch! We've been fulfilling orders from all around the world. I expected a lot more orders from the US, but we have had a lot of orders from Europe and Oceania; it seems that internet searches have been our greatest source of traffic. Order volume is still relatively small, but growing.
We've been thinking of different things to post to help people, so we put together a little tutorial for how to get the best impression with your hanko, and care for it after each use: How to Make a Good Impression - Hanko Square
Due to some customer feedback we added a few new items, including hand-carved rakkan-in (artist chops). We also started carrying some other Japanese products as omiyage to help people get over the threshold for free shipping.
If you have any suggestions for future articles or requests for products that you'd like us to offer, please let me know
