Japanese Girl

I would say the safest/best thing to do is work through college, get a degree and go teach english.

You are not going to get a job, you are young and have no qualifications and don't speak Japanese.

Why does she not stay in America instead of you going to Japan?

Maybe it is best if you get a job and save up and take a holiday there every year or whatever, but stay in education.

The best thing is to be careful, young love is good and bad, it can cloud your judgement and lead you to making bad decisions.

Can someone please tell me where Toyama is located in Japan. Because I got a lead on how I might be able to stay with her if I could find out where Toyama is. Thank you so much for your help.

I don't really have any advice that hasn't been said so far but I just thought I'd say 'good luck'! I'm sure it'll turn out ok! Love conquers all as they say! Regards, Jon.

If you can get your Nihongo down, and you know lots of computer stuff, then there are lots of IT jobs that people need done over there...

lol, points shmoints. Just really hope you find a way to make this work out!!

Thanks that means alot to me.lol. Does anyone know a site where i can find real estate in Toyama, Japan? Preferibally in english.

I work at Remax myself, I'll ask at work tomorrow about buying real estate out of country for you and see what I can find.

Private messaging you the information I found out and contacts.

This does bring up an interesting question...how well info from an american real estate firm would be for somebody trying to find something in Japan...from the way the systems are, unless you get a referral fee from the real estate agent in Japan, I can't see how the two systems are compatible.... :?

I don't know if I'll be much help to you but find a student foreign exchange program near to her place of residence in Japan. :?

Being conservative, this is his best bet I think. However, this is by no means something that would happen over night.

However, if she REALLY loves him she can wait to some degree for him to work something out. For him to go to all this trouble to give up everything and move, I hope she appreciates it!

Just becareful, and don't rush in blindly. It is crazy in it's own right, but if you're going to be crazy, at least be the methodical planned type of crazy ;)
