Hi everyone,
For a project in my MA course I am creating an e-learning course entitled ﾂ"Eating and Drinking in Japanﾂ".
The target audience for this course would be tourists taking a short trip to Japan who wish to enrich the experience by learning how to best experience Japanese cuisine.
