More than 67% of Japanese companies want to buy materials, parts and components from local suppliers while doing business in Viet Nam.

Japan External Trade Organisation (JETRO) representative Hiroshi Kobayashi told a meeting in Ha Noi yesterday.

This compares to the present average procurement ratio of 23.6% in Viet Nam – the second lowest in the Southeast Asian region after the Philippines...

You've really just pulled out some numbers and a news article and set them in front of us.

Well, whatever. The economy will adapt however it needs to--regardless of which portion of the world.

Also, I thought VN stood for "Visual Novels" at first.... which doesn't really make any sense, now that I think about it. 😌
