Can someone tell me how to start conversations in different formalities?
sorry if my english is bad

I only know a formal way:
"Konnichiwa"
"Genki desu ka?"

but I would like to know some other ways also, like with people you met a while ago, or with very good friends, or with you family, etc.

You could try "Hisashiburi desu ne?" For people you haven't seen in a while. Take out the desu if you want to be informal.

Japanese people often compliment so that they feel "we are friend(なかま)",when they stat to talk .
You might feel strange but it worth to try, i think.
