J-ROCK Concerts in Japan

I just arrived in Tokyo and I would really love to go to some J-Rock concerts. To be honest I don't know here anyone who would go with me there, and going alone I am too shy and afraid since I am a foreigner with bad Japanese skills so I would prefer go with someone.

Where can I find people who live in Tokyo and go to J-Rock concerts, and can join them? Are there any sites? Or maybe even here?
