Morticia Addams had the goth look and at least she had style.... :D

Lesson : If you get made up in goth style, go get your photo taken professionally.

i think the middle girl's face in the first picture looks not bad - like a doll!

but the others.. (-_-ι)

I can see one or two Manas in there

It's a shame. Many of these girls seem to be quite pretty beneath their over-the-top makeup.

Say, is the girl in red donning a swastika or the Buddhist symbol? I can never remember which direction is which.

Anyway, J-Goth is just plain ridiculous, whether for its over-the-top melodramatic imagery or its inherent angstiness.

It's the Bangs. Overall, I see nothing out of the ordinary. Love the black.

I see nothing wrong with her makeup....

Who am I kidding... What the *************. No, No Im fine with it

If they want to be a J-goth, let them be a J-goth......

nothing wrong with being j-goth....
Still think they could do it in better style, but that's just my take on it :o

A few of the girls in the pictures are quite cute.

There's nothing to stop Japanese girls getting up in goth style if they want, same as anyone else. It might have originated in Europe but we didn't take out a patent on the look. :p

The girls in most of the pics seem to have really clownish makeup, though. >< Goth makeup is really not photogenic unless you have the pic taken professionally (or the makeup done professionally!). Myself, I've come to the conclusion that unless you're deliberately going really over the top (in which case, exaggerate everything x 1000!), less is more when it comes to makeup. 😊
