Yes, it's indeed interesting. It's a ceremony of going to war for the dog whose name is ビー Bī (号 is a suffix attached to names of animals here).

I didn't know this word. I better more careful of my pronunciation when I say 修正します。 Otherwise people may think I'm going to war when all I'm trying to do is correct a powerpoint.
