In Japan December 5-12

Finally after three and a half years, I am finally returning to Japan. I'll be in Tokyo December 5-7 and will go to Niigata Dec. 8 until December 11.

While I am in Tokyo, anyone want to meet up for drinks?

You know you can always swing around down 'southwardly' and drop by Matsumoto on you train ride back to the the big banana from Niigata, right? Maybe it'd be just that Friday night, but give it a thought.
