In the winter season of Japan, the Japanese love to eat "Imagawa-Yaki" - a kind of waffle or pastry with filling of sweet red bean marzipan. Have you ever tried that ? in Japan or now in Hollywood ?

In Europe, people love marzipan. Monncake is loved in China, and In Japan, confectionary/sweet filled with sweet red bean.

Which sweet do you like? 🙂

Imagawayaki vs Taiyaki

I was wondering what imagawayaki was and looked it up on Internet. It's the same as taiyaki--kind of a crispy pancake filled with sweet beans (anko). I like but most foreigners I know don't like anko, so I wonder if the Beverly Hills store will prosper.
