I want to listen to more Japanese music~

Hey all! I'm looking into more bands/music to listen to, and I'm curious if the devoted J-Music community of Japan Reference could help me find some that would fit my tastes.

I'm a very big fan of Depeche Mode, Bauhaus, The Cure, Joy Division, and Peter Murphy's solo work. It is my sincere hope that some of you can point me in the direction of such similar sounding music. I really like my music mellow, but not too light, and perhaps a little morbid.

Help me!

Scanner by Luna Sea doesn't sound like what I'm looking for at all. Irogoto by Plastic Tree had a very mellow sounding vocalist, albeit the instruments are pretty typical of rock/metal bands. If I could get something along the lines of Plastic Tree with more synthesizer, piano, violin, sorta like Crowds by Bauhaus.

That Gazette song really didn't hit me very well either, the lyrics were good, but the drum, bass, guitar only setup is sorta tedious after listening to that kind of music for so long, and I want a musician that will experiment with their sound, sorta like Bauhaus.

I hope that made sense.

And about the band like Bauhaus,,, this is pretty difficult to find.
Frankly speaking, this kind of band is not popular in Japan at all, I think.
So I believe it's easy to find the taste of the song in the UK band like QUEEN, JAPAN or MUSE,
but I know that is not what you meant...=)
But to tell the truth, I don't know this kind of bands at all because that is not my thing.
So let's wait for somebody who knows much more than me about this genre.

I really enjoyed Body to Body by Soft Ballet. That's precisely what I'm looking for. Do you have anymore bands like them in particular? Buck - Tick Dress was also very good, and so was Er. So if you know anymore bands like them, please let me know.
