The song is from Japanese adult game "窶堋ｳ窶堙ｦ窶堙遺?堙ｧﾂ。(Sayonara.)"

I found a demo version of the game here.
storage.distribution.ne.jp/pandahouse/sayonara/bye_demo.exe

I installed it and found the same 2.wav in the demo's folder.
(To escape the demo's full window, press F2.)

The singer's name is Miki.

Install the demo version of the game and you will hear the song.
