It can be helpful, but I REALLY, and oh man, I really hate it.

It mentions what kanji are in the grammar highlights, but never shows you how to use them, and only kana.

It also (when it speaks to you) NEVER tells you what they are saying when asking you instructions. I still don't know what this means.

When they ask you to find a kana (hiragana), they say this(In this case to find the hiragana "ho", which I already know anyway:)
Ho wa do de desu ka?

Its supposed to be a bingo game.

What the heck does "do de" mean?

It never epxlains this, yet this is supposed to be for beginners.

Give me a break.

So, I hope someone can help me here, just please explain this "do de" part.

That has to be doko.

Hmm, I listend to it over and over again. I swear it was "de".

Heh.

I forgot how to use this thing, I got it probably 5 years ago. There's supposed to be some way to show text.

Dochira kara desu ka?

Where do you live?

Is this correct?

This seems to be:
Where is it from?

But they point to where they live. Odd. Glen, what is it?

This is what I'm hearing right now:

Sou desu ka. Nani o benkyou shite iru no desu ka?

I suppose this is "What are you studying?", yes?

If Glenn is wrong, I'll eat my shorts.
