Howdy, I'm from Texas, USA. I've been a nipponphile for many years. I've studied Japan extensively, and of course am I big fan of anime/manga (who isn't these days?). I'm a midshipman in the United States Naval Reserve and I'll likely be stationed in Sasebo, Nagasaki Prefecture Japan on the 31st. I'll need help though, since I've never been to Japan before!

Naval Reserve eh? That's cool, hope you have as much fun in Japan as I have. I am in Active Duty Navy, was going to be stationed on the Kitty Hawk, then moved to Atsugi. And NOW unfortunately I am in NAS Lemoore..
