How to use DoComo Phones (in Japan)

I buy two DoCoMo phones in ebay.

DoCoMo F210i:

Now I want to use them in Japan. I dont know the number of the phones. It there any possibilities for me to get an prepaid card in Japan to push the cash in the phone up for calls?

Does something like Prepaid Phone exist in Japan, or how can i use them.

Don't buy the phones you found, you cannot use them here.

Vodafone Japan offers the prepaid service, but its regulation is getting tougher. I'm not 100% sure you can buy it with your tourist visa now.
