How to cook an Egg

Hi guys,
I've been asked to write a simple recipe and although I generally burn most things, even I can boil an egg.
Please check that my grammar etc is okay, if not my method.

ゆで卵一つ作り方。(how to make one boiled egg)

料理方法。(cooking method)

なべに水にかけてお湯を沸かす。(bring a pot of water to the boil)

次はおたまで卵をなべに入れて12分ゆでる。(next using a ladle, put the egg in the pot and boil for 12 minutes)

その後、おたまで卵を掬う。(after that scoop out the egg with the ladle)

卵が冷えると卵の皮をむく。(when the egg cools, peel the egg)

塩を少々入れて食べて楽しみます！ (add a pinch of salt, eat and enjoy)

鍋を火にかける: to put a pot over the fire
鍋に水をかける: to throw water on a pot
