it was only a few days ago..i would think i would of remembered...i think i was looking for something..and one of the threads came up...i just went looking through the forum from there..and decided to join ^_^

and i am happy i did
 
I was searching for a reference picture for a cosplay and one of the threads showed up in my search. I wandered on here for a couple days then joined... been addicted since.

To be honest, actually I think I first saw something on jref (Gaijinpot) when I was googling, but it was when I was doing research on marriage/divorce on Yahoo Japan, that I actually went into the site, and made a inspiried choice to join up.

It's been great so far, and will only get better and better--as long as I have the time.
 

I thought I was heading up on the inside at full speed to overtake, these last couple of weeks... ... but Horizon has returned to the forum, also... I too was wondering if I appeared to have a life outside of jref forum - but I post at work, and I hadn't been busy lately. That's about to change
 
i must hang my head in shame...i found this site whilst trying to find pictures of idols.

It was a google search, I wanted to make a jrock/jpop sig. One of the pics led me here to the forum, had just about everything I was interested in, how could I resist!?
 
I was deadly bored, KAF was dead again, and there was absolutely NOTHING to do, so my friend was like "Oh I know a forum dedicated completely to Japan and Japanese culture" and I was like w00t! When I heard about all the j-rock fans and anime and all that, I was completely sucked in Never ever ever leaving this place XD
 
At one point in time I wanted to learn Japanese, or just converse with Japanese people, whichever. I randomly typed in "learn japanese forum" in google, and I think this was the third or fourth link, I forget, t'was a while ago. I went *gasp* a whole forum about it! And promptly made a fool of myself. Now I just come back time to time, to see what's going on.
 
I can't remember what I was looking for, now, but I was searching for something to do with Japanese on Google and stumbled upon this site. I liked what I saw and decided to join.

I was searching photos of L'arc or maybe Dir en grey, and there was link to this forum. I browsed little more and said: Hey, this in one cool forum.

So, yeah
 
I googled 'japan forum'... I wanted to find a place where people discussed all things related to Japan... and this was the best one... it is a bonus that we have such an international mix here...
 
i went into yahoo and search for an anime...i think or a Jrocker...i'm not sure but ended up here and is very happy!
 
Though Its only been 3-4 months since I joined, I can't remember!

I think I was surfing google for some japanese horror movies and found a link to a thread on this forum. But I'm not sure. But I must say I like the forum so far
 
I searched for Jrock pics, I guess Dir en Grey. I became on a thread, I started reading and watching al the pics, and then there was a link for lot's of pics but I had to become a member. I do ANYTHING for pics, so I became member. It really wasn't a bad idea after all... I like this forum !
 
i came across this forum when i was searching for some j-rock stuff. i was wandering around for half a month as a guest here until i saw a particular thread that i really wanted to post in so i joined at last.
 
It's very simple. I was looking up to know who the 1134 was miyavi and suddenly I was trained iinto that neverending thread about him.
 
On google. I was helping a friend find information about japan because she's never been there before and I stumbled across this site, I've visited it many times before, but never really thought about adding it to my favorites and I did that and saw the forum and decided to join.
