HOT YOGA in Japan

Hey have you guys heard of hot yoga in Japan?
It's basically yoga in a sauna and has been really popular over the past few years.

Is this done in the US at all? Or even India? Where did this come from?

Strange coincidence.

The people renting the house next store opened a a Yoga studio where they keep the temp at 98 degrees (hard to do in Maine winters). They started it as students 5 years ago and liked it so much they opened their own place here in Portland , Maine. I guess it is similer to Yoga , but moves at a faster pace. I lost the newspaper with the article, or I would give more info.
