Ive been learning Japanese too...but not seriously, just for fun.
kendo? hmm recently its my summer holidays and everyday im bored so i was thinking about going to a Gym or starting a new sport..actually i wanted to try Kendo for a long time now but of course finding a good place or even place that teaches it in manchester is hard.

Hmm when i was 18 i visited Japan but i didnt start learning Japanese till i was 19 so i could communicate with my girlfriends parents and my friends too. But i dont want to take it too serious or i might give up trying haha.

I dont know why but for a long time ive felt drawn to kendo. I think i could be good at it. Maybe if i can start it in manchester you can give me some tips haha

Haha thanks. But actually i never get to practice my Japanese with her because she came to england to study english. I always think its my hobby to learn Japanese but for her to learn english it might be her job.

Hmm words.. i always use Sokka, itai and urasai often haha. quite often i use sokka instead of english so sometimes i have to explain myself which is embarassing. Before when i was in Japan i would visit and hang out with my girlfriends friends and often pick words up from them but the problem was that i was learning words that girls use not men haha. Even now to use words like Boku or ore feels strange ^-^
