Hi everyone! I'm looking for my long lost Dad, His name is Tetsuo Homma living from Tokyo Japan

I don't know his exact year of birthday but this is the month and date. December 13, the year is between 1937,1938. I will appreciate if somebody will help me to find my Dad. Since birth I never met him, so I pray to God that this is his purpose that I've been here in Japan. Thank you so much
