help with letter to friend

I want to know how to say this in Japanese.
"Maybe, You can come to my house and homestay, then we can go to Japan together"

The core Japanese translation is sound I think. It's the tone you wanted in English that was a little hard to figure out....

This is "why don't you come to my house, do a homestay, and then we can go to Japan together."
