Okay, so I saw this Japanese pop music video. I don't know the artist or the song because it was in Japanese. It was an upbeat song and the storyline was really sad.
Basically, a girl gets in the way of a photographer taking pictures. So he takes a few pictures of her. They meet again when she cuts his hair and then again when she goes to return the hat that he left. They get close and she loses her eyesight while reaching for something on a high shelf...a bottle of chemicals fall into her eyes. The photographer who is into motorcyle racing...decides to give up his eyes for her. She finally realizes it at the end of the video.
