Help translating old document

Hi everyone.

I found this old document inside an old military paybook, and I have no idea what it could be.
Could somebody help me with this?. I am really intrigued.

The right end column looks like 向隝西村御年貢米正札. 向隝（＝島）西村 Mukaishimanishi mura was a village in Hiroshima, the present 広島県尾道市 Onomichi city, Hirosima prefecture. The problem is 御年貢米 "rice paid as tax". This term is usually used in Edo period , but Mukaishimanishi village was established in Meiji 22. Hmm.
