Help me get through my Japanese Oral Interview

Hey! I'm going to be interviewed, in Japanese, by one of the professors at UCI. I've finished about 40 lessons of Pimsleur and know about 150 words besides. It's not very much, and I'm somewhat worried; the things you learn in Pimsleur aren't immediately applicable to a conversation, unless she plans on doing some role playing (doubtful).

If anyone could with the ways I should address her, how I should ask if I come in, how to ask how she's doing, etc. In fact, any verbs/words/phrases that you veterans had wished you'd known earlier on, please share

I have five days to prepare. Thanks for your help guys!
 
Good luck. After doing a bunch of Pimsleur best I'd be able to do is harass her about going for a drink.
