Help finding my father

My name is Shiro Tachihara im turning 17 soon and i have a brother whose name is Hiroyuki Tachihara turning 16 soon, My Father's Name is Hirokatsu Tachihara he's from Ichimatsu Mito City, Ibaraki our contact got cut of when i am 9 and we tried our best to find me but no luck. So im reaching out here today maybe someone can help me find my father and i really miss my father.

Looking around Mito City in Ibaraki, I see:

Iijimacho (飯島町) Mito, Ibaraki 311-4155

and

Iitomicho (飯富町) Mito, Ibaraki 311-4206

but no "Ichimatsu". I could have missed Ichimatsu--it could be there--but I also wonder if your spelling (pronunciation?) of Ichimatsu might be a little off, since those other two are kind of close.

In spite of that, Ichimatsu does sound like it should/could be a place name here.
