HELP!!! Files missing after...

I'm running Win98se on a desktop PC.

Is there any software that can recover files that have been deleted from the recycle bin?

I've isolated the PC and am not doing any reading/writing to it's hard disk for the time being. My hard disk is partitioned into 4 parts (C, D, E, F).

Please help me on this.
