the question was: what part of a girl attracts you the most ?
Out of 150 persons the result were something like this:
Eyes: 40%
Face: 20%
Bust : 20%
Butt : 10%

Miss Japan is super-cute, but I would vote for Miss America... and as for runner up, Miss Guatemala.
What made me choose... hmm... well, I like a nice bikini line and Miss America fills all of the measures of her bikini and as for Miss Guatemala... a man has to have a little variety.
Damn, they are all beautiful so it is hard to choose.

Another theory: They actually had a real model, but in the last minute, she got diarrhea or something like that, and they were hard pressed to find a replacement as fast as possible. The first woman who they saw happened to be the model's cleaning lady, so they simply took her
I've now found a pic of the replacement "Miss Germany" without makeup and in her usual cleaning lady outfit:
